Company Profile

Hospitality Tours is a Canadian owned company established in 1980 and specializes in organising tours throughout Canada and the world.

Hospitality Tours offers travel services of all types to suit the needs of the most discriminating traveller, using all forms of transportation. Our main area of expertise is in the movement of groups of all sizes and includes orchestras, choirs, choral and sports groups in addition to special interest tours, e.g. architectural, art, and show tours.

Being aware of the fact that more and more students are developing a special interest for travel and learning, we can organize different programs that will meet the needs of students and student groups.

Hospitality Tours offers a complete range of meeting and travel services, custom tailored to suit your business and personal needs. Whatever your individual or group travel requirements, we have the expertise to coordinate every detail of your operation.

Whether it be the organization of a weekend sales meeting, an incentive vacation or a full scale convention, we can do it for you.

What you end up with is a memorable, worry-free program, reflecting an importance and prestige far beyond the price tag.

Management and Staff

At Hospitality Tours, we take care of people on the move.

The staff have a combination of airline management, tour and destination management in addition to many years at the retail travel level.

If there is one thing that distinguishes Hospitality Tours, it is planning with a difference. It comes with experience, with competence, and with caring.

We realize that each client is unique, so we offer you attention to details and to service; yet with a feeling of informality and joie de vivre.

We are the official travel agency for Tafelmusik, the Toronto Children's Chorus, Harbourfront Centre for the Performing Arts, and the Toronto International Film Festival.

In addition, we provide travel services for many individual artists including Russell Braun, Karina Gauvin, Brett Polegato, Monica Whicher, Patrick Gallois, Shauna Rolston, Rene Schiffer, Susan Napper, Laura Pudwell, Linda Maguire, Jean Stilwell, Bernadene Blaha, the primadonna herself, Mary Lou Fallis, plus many more.

Some of the ensembles, groups, and choirs that we work with include the Piano Six, the Alderburgh Connection, the Gryphon Trio, the Amadeus Choir, the Canadian Orpheus Male Choir, to list a few.

In 1989 and again, in 1993, for the International Choral Festivals we were involved with Dr. Nicholas Goldschmidt in transporting all the performers to Toronto, 5000 in 1989 and 3000 in 1993. In addition, we have provided travel arrangements for the 2002 International Choral Festival.

Hospitality Tours was the official travel agent for the late Dr. Nicholas Goldschmidt, OC, on his countless trips from coast to coast and throughout the world, on his visionary discoveries and creations that touched and changed the lives of many music lovers and musicians forever. His commitment and endless optimism was and continues to be a great inspiration to all of us at Hospitality Tours.

We have handled the travel arrangements for Bruno Weil, Charles Dutoit, Sir David Willcocks, Sir Yehudi Menuhin, and other great conductors.

We have also worked with the Gentlemen and Boys of St. Simon's Choir, St. John's College Choir of Cambridge, England, as well as Musica Mundi, a Concert Management Agency, of San Francisco, in the organization of choir tours to Italy, Australia and New Zealand.
